Sugarsnap is a take-out restaurant, farm and catering company in Burlington, Vermont. We specialize in wholesome food made from farm-fresh, seasonal vegetables, eggs and meat. We make everything from scratch using the best ingredients. We offer a wide variety of sandwiches, salads and soups. Plus, we prepare at least one special take-home entree each night.
If you are planning a party or a meeting, we can also help you with platters of appetizers, salads, sandwiches or entrees. We're located on the corner of Riverside Ave. and Intervale Road, at the entrance to the Intervale. We're open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please stop in and meet us!
Sugarsnap strives to nourish our community, environment and economy through great food. We prepare tasty, homemade food, using only the best ingredients. We grow our own organic produce and support Intervale and Vermont farmers whenever possible.
We grow a wide variety of herbs, greens, peas (of course), tomatoes and other vegetables on our three acre farm in Burlington's Intervale. We grow the tastiest varieties and harvest tender herbs and crispy beans at their absolute peak of flavor. In 2008, we also raised 200 broiler chickens and six pigs. E-mail Us or call us at 652-5922.
