Sugarsnap is a take-out prepared food and catering company, specializing in healthy food made from farm-fresh, seasonal vegetables, eggs, meat and other products grown in the Intervale. Sugarsnap maintains a farm in the Intervale where we grow a wide variety of culinary herbs and other specialty products.

Sugarsnap products include: lunch to go; catered business lunches; dinner to go in single and multiple serving refrigerator/oven safe containers; custom platters for parties and full off-premise catering services.

We are a partnership between a chef, Katie Fiore, and a farmer, Abbey Duke.
